Over the years, she has helped clients address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, and attachment-related issues.
Marie's treatment approach is evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She utilizes therapies including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients process difficult experiences and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
Marie believes that therapy is a partnership built on trust, respect, and authenticity. She works closely with clients to develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and creating lasting positive change.

Marie's Approach
"I believe that healing is a collaborative journey of self-discovery and growth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based behavioral therapy, focusing on building resilience and navigating the complexities of anxiety and trauma with a calm, empathetic presence. Together, we will explore your unique path toward a more balanced and fulfilling life".
Therapy Services
Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to address the challenges you're facing today, while also exploring the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we'll work on current stressors, build practical coping skills, and when helpful, gently look at past experiences to better understand patterns that might still affect your life. The goal is to support healing, increase self-understanding, and help you move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Individual Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and connection between family members. In our work together, we explore patterns that may be causing conflict or distance, and learn new ways to listen, support, and respond to one another. Family therapy can help reduce tension at home, strengthen relationships, and create a more stable, nurturing environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
